Immediately after harvesting by hand in the early hours of the morning, the Chardonnay grapes were separated and squeezed, maintaining cool temperatures. The clusters of Cabernet Sauvignon were squeezed whole using a special process to produce almost colorless grape juice destined to become white wine (blanc de noir).
This is one of the most select wines produced by the winery. The choice of lots to be blended in producing this wine was made with the goal of achieving a wealth of flavor and complexity, thereby providing an extraordinary taste experience.
